  • By booking a residential or commercial cleaning service with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions.
  •  All cleaning jobs will be subject to an on-site risk assessment. Any windows or areas deemed unsafe to access or posing an imminent risk will not be cleaned and we will notify the client.
  • Open windows that could result in the ingress of water inside the building if cleaned will not be cleaned to prevent any damage to the clients’ property.
  • We accept no liability and will not be held responsible for any damage caused by defective property or conditions at client property/premises, as a result of but not limited to doors, door frames, door seals, windows, window frames, window seals, vents, sills, guttering, downpipe, facia, soffit, barge board, cladding, external fittings, conservatories, finials, damage to inside of property from water ingress due to leaking seals or unclosed windows.
  • Quotations and prices are based on an agreed work schedule. Should this schedule change then the service cost will also be amended.
  • We cannot guarantee an exact date on your regular schedule due to business constraints out of our control but we will work as hard as possible to meet your needs and requirements.
  • Any unsatisfactory work must be reported within 24 hours. This can then be inspected and rectified.
  • Payment must be made in accordance with the invoice
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
